Experience authentic Caribbean cuisine

Meet the Chef of Our Story,

The Lone Fisherman Caribbean Restaurant, tucked inside the lively Tooting Market, was founded by Chris, a proud South Londoner with deep Jamaican roots. Growing up, Chris has always been interested in fusing diffrent food flavours with vibrant cuisine.

Wanting to bring those bold, authentic island flavours to his local community, he launched The Lone Fisherman as a tribute to his heritage and love of food. The Lone Fisherman restaurant has quickly become a staple for go-to mouthwatering jerk chicken, slow-cooked oxtail, and freshly prepared seafood dishes that echo the spirit of Jamaica, served with a warm welcome and a touch of home.
